Hailing from the heart of East London, Toby Ridler aka DJ RIDLER is an underground Grime and UK Garage artist who cut his teeth in the scene as a producer for cultural icons such as Trim in the early 2010’s. Formerly known as Becoming Real, Ridler now lives in Copenhagen, following his stay in Berlin where he ran the club night and record label - 'Zone Collective', he has also toured the UK and EU with SBTRKT, Mount Kimbie, Grimes and Salem.
DJ Ridler's output focuses on raw energy and colourful experimentation to move your body and keep the energy peaking. Inspired by early UKG, 2-step, and Grime, Ridler has seen his production combine the skippy, distorted swing, with the new wave of dark and seductive UK Garage.
His latest single featured grime OG Riko Dan and was out on Rhythmn Lab, and was picked up by djs like Sicaria, Mainphase, Dis Fig among others, and also received a remix from Mainphase."
